How do I cancel a booking?
Go to your dashboard → 'My bookings' → tap 'Cancel'. Do this 2-3 hours before to let the master refill the slot.
How do I reschedule?
Dashboard → 'My bookings' → 'Reschedule'. Pick a new time. The master gets notified and confirms.
Are there cancellation fees?
Booking via ibook is free. Payment for the service is made directly with the master, so check cancellation terms with the master.
What if the master doesn't show up?
Contact support via @ibook_go_bot — we'll help sort it out and block the no-show master.
