1. Overview
ibook ("we", "the service") is a platform for online booking with masters (doctors, barbers, beauticians, etc.). This Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
2. Data we collect
Name, phone number, email (if you register by email), Telegram ID (for notifications), city, booking history. For masters: profile photo, services, prices, working hours. Technical data — IP address, device type, in-app actions — is processed for security and analytics. We do NOT collect bank card data — payments are processed by third parties (Halyk Bank, Telegram).
3. How data is used
To create and manage bookings, send reminders via Telegram and email, and connect clients with masters. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data sharing & service providers
Your contacts are only visible to the master you booked with. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: Halyk Bank ePay (payments), Telegram Bot API (notifications), Resend (email notifications), Vercel and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). The website uses Google Analytics and Yandex Metrika; in the iOS app, analytics and tracking are fully disabled.
5. Storage & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare servers with encryption. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). Booking history is kept for dispute resolution.
6. Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and data anytime via @ibook_go_bot. Data is deleted within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for authentication (sessions) and language preferences.
8. Children
The service is not intended for those under 16 without parental consent.
