1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the ibook app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Service Description
ibook is an online marketplace for booking service masters (beauty, medical, sports, education). The platform connects clients and masters. ibook does not provide the services itself and is not responsible for service quality.
3. User Age
Minimum age to register: 16. Minors may use the service only with parental consent.
4. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may post reviews, profiles, photos. ibook enforces a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for objectionable content including: harassment, fraud, hate speech, sexual content, illegal services, spam, fake reviews. ibook reserves the right to remove any content and ban any user without notice.
5. Reporting and Blocking
Every review, profile, and listing has a «Report» button. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Users may also block other users via the profile. Violating content is removed immediately and the offender is banned.
6. Liability
ibook provides the platform «as is». We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for: actions of masters or clients; service quality; financial loss due to booking cancellations.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by Halyk ePay. Card data is not stored on ibook servers. Refunds — up to 24 hours before the session via your account.
8. Master Subscription
Masters may subscribe to paid plans. Billing via Halyk ePay. Subscriptions auto-renew; cancel anytime in your account.
9. Changes
Terms may change. Material changes will be notified via email and push notification.
